CURRENT OPENINGS

1. DGM, Clinical Research Operations
As one of the mentors of our clinical research team you'll provide strategic advice and oversee the management of our Phase I-IV clinical trial programs for pharmaceuticals (including biopharmaceuticals) and medical devices. Our corporate culture emphasizes cross-functional team work requiring strong communication skills.

An in depth experience (more than 5 years) of operating in Indian clinical trials environment in a senior leadership position is essential for this position. A medical degree would be highly desirable, though not essential. Experience or exposure of working in US, Europe or Japan would be advantageous.

2. DGM, Clinical Quality Assurance

As a senior member of our QA team you'll ensure compliance with our quality policy to "set and achieve levels of excellence beyond the statutory quality concepts". The organization is committed to provide and harmoniously deploy resources to achieve desired quality in all our operations.

An experience of managing a senior leadership position for at least 5 years in clinical quality assurance of a CRO or clinical research department of a pharma company is essential for this position. Experience or exposure of working in US, Europe or Japan would be advantageous.

3. DGM, Business Development

As senior member of BD team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing & implementing business development strategies, creating techno-commercial proposals, maintaining regular communication with existing and potential clients, collecting clients' feedback and addressing clients' issues etc. Position requires strong verbal as well as written communication skills and the ability to function as member of a cross functional team.

Degree in life sciences and minimum 5 years business development experience in clinical research or pharma company with exposure of US, Europe or Japan is essential for this position. Medical degree and Management degree will be highly advantageous.
